1983 Ferrari 308 GTSi For Sale

This 1983 model 308 GTSi has just 66,900 miles on it since new,
it has been in California the whole time.
Never wrecked, never messed with, just well maintined and driven.

The color is gorgeous and fairly rare among the 308 production line.
The body has a few chips and scratches but overall the paint finish is
nice and respectable.

The 308 is perhaps one of the most recognizeable Ferrari designs in history.
An Icon of the era and surely one to be prized in the days to come.

What a great car!

Up close there are some light stone chips from road use, but certainly
no signs of any collision damage.
The lower valance under the bumper has been resprayed due to stone chips,
the upper area is original finish.

Excellent tires on very attractive modular alloy wheels.

The Ferrari prancing horse emblems on the fenders
add a very sporting detail to the car.

The Vitaloni side mirror is not original to the car, but is well matched.
This area was repaired at the same time as the front valance.
t
Tires are excellent all the waya round and the wheels are quite clean as
well.

The classic 308 rear end...

Emblems..

Here is a detail shot of one of the paint chips.
The vehicle is not flawless, but the price certainly reflects this.

The top is in good condition.

A couple of very slight door dings but overall very straight and smooth.

There are a couple rust bubbles forming on the bottom edge of the door.

Windshield and all glass is in good condition.

Hood shot...plenty of room for bikin clad ladies to drape themselves over.

Here's another little paint flaw.

Turn signal lens is cracked...

Good looker though and it runs very well.

Behind the wheel.
Interior is in nice condition, the seats are excellent and appear to have
been redone.

Instrumentation is clean and functional.
Odometer reading at the time of the photos was 66,903 miles which are original
to the car.
It is being driven on occasion by t's current owner who has owned other
Ferrari's as well as numerous other collector cars.
Lots of documentation on the car and it has had it's major service at 55,000
miles including the timing belt.

Blaupunkt Audio system with navigation capabilites.

Center console is very clean and loaded with all the switches and controls
that make a Ferrari interior so cool.
In this shot you can see the seat condition as well...very clean indeed,
done in a synthetic material, not leather.

Carpets are in good shape and floor mats keep them that way.

Underside of targa roof is very clean as well.

Ferrari body tags are all in place.

Original California emissions decal in the window.

Nice clean door panels.

The engine compartment is not spotlessly detailed but everything appears
to be in order and the car
runs and drives very well. As mentioned above, the 55,000 mile service
has been done and there are
documents that verify the service records, so it is ready to go.

Another engine shot.

Here are a couple of photos from below.

No huge oil leaks or issues under here...just the normal road grime.

A very beautiful machine indeed.

Under the front hood all is in order as well.

Bazooka bass tube provides a thunderous deep bass to the audio system.

Underside of the front hood.

In closing this is a great entry level Ferrari. Its not for the hardcore
afficiando as it has it's chips and scratches
and things like that. If you are looking for a "perfect" example,
open your wallet a bt wider and look further.
If you are looking for a car that will not break your bank account and
will allow you to dive into the wonderous
world of exotic cars without mortgaging the house...please give this car
some consideration.
Its a good looker and good driver and is truly ready to enjoy.
Car is located in Chino Hills California.
